Join us at the Crystal Street Space for a Hatha yoga journey through the chakras with our very own Theresa Duphare, a trauma-informed yoga therapist with a wealth of knowledge and calm presence to share. Open to all ability levels.
How can we bring more awareness and balance to the part of our energy body known as the chakras? Let's get curious. Bring your own yoga mat if able. We will practice simple Hatha yoga poses and mudras (hand gestures) to bring balance to each of the 7 major chakras and also learn about their function in our lives as well as how to recognize signs of possible imbalance. You will leave empowered with yoga “tools” to use in your daily life. Handouts will be provided.
